I cant use this app. I am in San Francisco and I downloaded this app to know the place where I am visiting and selected the city to download the tour map, it shuts down soon as soon as Yu download is done. I tried downloading it a multiple times and I cant figure whats wrong with it. Disappointed!!!!

Crashes when you try to open a tour

Very disapointed. Website touts how helpful app is but could not use it. Every time you did more than start app it would crash.

I second Mattdchef. Every time I do anything more then open the app, it shuts down.

No problems with this app - at least when looking at the Dubai tour. Essentially it is the map they have on the web, zoomable and scrollable, with notes about each attraction

Download tour and instant crash! Please fix

This app crashes when opening the interactive map. This makes the map useless. Please fix and update before the summer tour season begins.

Continually crashed when opening the map/tour. Unusable app.

Thought this would be a great app to use while taking the Big Bus tour, but after downloading the San Francisco tour guide, the app now crashes when you try to access it. I checked to see app worked for another city (London), and it does. Seems to be something specifically wrong with the San Francisco tour.

This app has not worked at all in the few weeks it has been downloaded. I hope the tours operate better than this app.

Used this app while in D.C., and had no issues with it crashing. The interface, however, is not the friendliest, so heres a pro-tip: use it a little before trying to figure it out on the fly. Great as a quasi-map for some of the sights, and got us right where we needed to be on at least two of the tour lines!

This ap took forever to load. Then once it was visible, I could not even open it. Crashed immediately. Useless. Considering the areas this company is running tours in, one would think they would get with the program and get an interactive ap that works. Very disappointed.

I can not even navigate in the app to see whats in it. It crashes and the information is not up to date. Very bad, waste of time and energy.

Crashed every time I tried to use the NYC tour info. Good idea but useless app in the current form.

Planning a trip to Philadelphia, was looking forward to using this app, oh well.

Dont use if there is any event. Didnt even get half my moneys worth.

This app was helpful when I booked my trip and during the guided tour. I booked and paid for my trip a couple weeks ahead of time and when I showed up all they had to do was scan my phone and print my tickets! So easy! And you can go to any of the stops in the city and hop right on the bus. The map on the app was extremely helpful. I just followed along on that rather than use the maps they were giving out. This app was very helpful and Im glad that I had it. It made my vacation go smoothly.

This app is pretty worthless. It does almost nothing to enhance tour and seems to be an app that exists just so the company can say it has an app. No guide tour info.. No specifics on where buses pick up and drop off.. I really am unsure why the app exists at all.

Application size is quite large and crashes continually! Im unable to access any information beyond the opening screen. Completely worthless application.
